WHY GO

The Holy Crab offers Louisiana-inspired seafood made with the best of local and imported ingredients. From crabs and lobsters to clams and crawfish, the holy crab has it all. the process of breaking down your food with a wooden mallet is a surprisingly fun and satisfying one.

TATLER TIPS

Be prepared to get messy in order to fully experience the Louisiana seafood experience. check with the staff as to which level of spiciness is right for you, as it would be a waste to have the fresh flavours of the seafood overpowered by extreme heat.

• The must-have dish at the holy crab is the Dungeness Crab. the best of its sweet and succulent natural flavours are brought out during the boil. While a contrast to the spicy cajun sauce, the two flavours do work well together.

• The King Crab Leg is filled with tender, and slightly salty flesh. a departure from the typical crab flavour, the king crab leg could possibly be the best pairing to the cajun sauce.

Wild Canadian Lobsters are known for their meaty, yet buttery texture that melts in your mouth. this is an excellent alternative to crabs.
