WHY GO

Pantai Indah Kapuk has become a food haven for residents across Jakarta. It takes something special for a restaurant to stand out amidst the plethora of restaurants, and it seems like Kintaro Sushi has just done so. Serving a mix of traditional and fusion Japanese cuisine presented in Instagram-worthy ways, Kintaro Sushi is certainly worth a visit.

TATLER TIPS

Diners are encouraged to make reservations prior to visiting this relatively new restaurant. Diners get free flow ocha free-of-charge. Visa, Mastercard and Ovo are all acceptable methods of payment.

  • The Kintaro Gyu Kushi Katsu is a beautifully breaded and fried beef cutlet with a medium rare centre. Crunchy on the outside, juicy and flavourful on the inside, this dish is an absolute treat.
  • - The only thing better than sushi rolls are Custom Sushi Rolls with fillings and toppings of your own choosing. Let your imagination go and create the best sushi roll there can be.
  • - Kintaro’s Sushi Bridge is a delightful way of serving and presenting sushi. Slices of sushi are arranged delicately on a wooden miniature bridge. While it does not change the taste of the dish, it certainly adds a unique photo opportunity.
