Come early during each mealtime for a chance to sound the gong signalling the start of an adventurous taste-trip guided by helpful staff and armed with bamboo-shaped cutlery.
Although international menus are also made with care in Gong Restaurant, the stars are its Balinese dishes and the accompanying spicy sauces.
