WHY GO

Located inside a 150-year-old teakwood joglo house relocated from East Java and decorated with plenty of wood accents, Biku is much loved by both locals and foreigners in Seminyak. On top of the delicious international menus, there is also a little bookstore and an antique shop to complete the Biku experience.

TATLER TIPS

You will have to book ahead—Biku is one of the most popular restaurants in the area and for good reason. With homemade cakes on display don’t forget to have dessert—even if you’re not a cake person, some of the treats available are amazingly delicious with the Mexican chocolate cake standing out.

  • Expect a temptingly delicious range of healthy to hearty dishes in Biku’s breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus. with a resident tea master, choosing from the extensive list of unique teas to pair with a choice dessert is a breeze. Booking one of the tables indoors or outdoors, especially for large groups, is recommended.

    - The Traditional High Tea—or its Asian, breakfast, and children renditions—is a must-try paired with 50 different tea varieties from around the world

    - A special house-made sauce elevates the Biku Special Spice Ribs down to its last juicy shred
