From Sydney to New York, Toby’s Estate Specialty Coffee Roaster has just opened its fourth outlet in Grand Indonesia this week. The launch event was attended by Terry Svenson (CEO Suntory Coffee International), Alvaro Sanchez (Master Roaster Toby’s Estate Asia), and Imron J. Kusuma (CEO Toby’s Estate Indonesia). The new outlet still boasts Toby’s signature interior woods and colour — black, white and brown — along with large windows that allow sunlight to enter creating an ambience of warmth and relax.

Indonesia is a home to incredible varieties of coffees, and most of them are grown in Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Papua and Bali. Based on the S.E.E Philosophy (Sustainable, Ethical, and Environmental) that Toby’s Estate Coffee team hold on, they remain on building a good long-term relationship with coffee farmers based on trust and honour, and spend times teaching farmers on how to plant, to nurture, to harvest, and to process all coffee beans in purpose to produce the best coffee quality.

Aside from serving the best coffee, Toby’s Estate also aim to serve a variety of delicious menus, such as Australian brunch: Avocado on Toast, Eggs Benedict, Breakfast Berry Bowl, Truffle Egg and Bacon Croissant. Meanwhile, patrons can also enjoy other menus that include pasta, donburi and other Asian fares.
