The award-winning Italian restaurant Il Ristorante Luca Fantin has recently arrived at Bulgari Resort in Bali. The brand new restaurant still carries the same spirit of Il Ristorante Luca Fantin in Tokyo, which is dubbed to offer the most sophisticated dining experiences since 2009.
The 36-seat restaurant will offer creative interpretations of classic Italian fare cooked using the finest ingredients of the island’s local, organic produce: tuna, squid, pumpkin, corn, lime kafir, mango and coconut. The menu will include a selection of Luca Fantin’s most famous dishes, such as squid ink gnocchi with raw cuttlefish as well as cold spaghetti with caviar and wagyu beef eggplant.
However, new creations that inspired by the richness of the isle of Bali will also be offered. These dishes will include tartare with avocado cream and smoked vegetable, Fassone Beef Tagliata Red garlic and grilled vegetables. To complement, the restaurant also offers a selection of over 200 wines, predominantly Italian labels of both new and old world wines.
