Hailed as one of the restaurant’s signature, the tender braised short-rib is served with lardons and mashed potato. Another dish to look forward to is the delectable Bouillabaisse, a traditional Provençal fish stew with king fish, prawn, scallop, and blue mussel; diners can also indulge in the hearty Croque Monsieur sandwich.
