Lyon, known to be one of Jakarta’s finest French restaurants, is delighted to introduce a new, exciting and fresh brasserie menu. Curated by Executive Chef Raymond Rjaily, Lyon presents a wide range of delectable French delicacies made with fresh ingredients served in a relaxed yet sophisticated environment.

“My personal recommendation from the new menu is the Beef Bourguignon, which is a worldwide, beloved classic,” said Chef Raymond. Hailed as one of the restaurant’s signature, the tender braised short-rib is served with lardons and mashed potato. Another dish to look forward to is the delectable Bouillabaisse, a traditional Provençal fish stew with king fish, prawn, scallop, and blue mussel; diners can also indulge in the hearty Croque Monsieur sandwich.

To finish off the meal, chocolate lovers can choose Normandie Chocolate Tart from the heavenly dessert menu. Meanwhile, incorporating French techniques with local produce, the Pino Baba is another dessert to try served with Pino de Bali wine and lime-flavoured crème chantilly.

Located at the Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta, Lyon also offers business lunches and Saturday brunches. The restaurant has two elegant and unique private dining rooms, The Glass Room and The Beaujolais, which are the ideal places to host intimate gatherings or private celebrations.
