There’s a new hip rooftop bar in Bali: Grow Up Rooftop Bar, nestled in the vibrant heart of Bali in Seminyak. Chef Ryan Clift, the celebrated chef behind Grow restaurant, is the man behind the concept.

 After he successfully opened Grow restaurant in Bali, he recently opened this more exciting and wilder concept for a drinking place. Ryan’s cutting-edge bar provides sophisticated cocktails and bites in its menu, offering an entirely new drinking experience for Bali’s locals or international guests.

 With an eclectic and meticulous designed alfresco style providing an inviting and warm space with a distinctively urban edge, guests can indulge in some pre-dinner drinks and post-meal digestifs. Every week, there will be guests DJs as part of a diverse and regular weekly entertainment.

 Grow Up Rooftop Bar has some unique drinks and bites: highlights include the Mango Natan, a subtle blend of dark rum, passion fruit syrup, mango puree, lemon juice and basil leaf; and also the Kupu-Kupu, a cocktail containing tequila, Cointreau, lime, and rose. Grow Up Rooftop Bar is open from Monday to Sunday from 5pm–midnight.
