In the first week, the Iftar will be served daily from 6pm to 8:30pm at its fabulous Palm Court restaurant. It continues with a special Ramadan set menu that features local delights and traditional dishes with a modern twist. The following weeks, the hotel will present Souk: a pop up restaurant located in its ballroom that serves rich Indonesian flavours and Middle Eastern spiced dishes along with many sweet treats, which include Four Seasons’ signature Mango Upside Down Cheese Cake.
