Fashion photographer and founder of NPM Photo Nicoline Patricia Malina sat with Indonesia Tatler one fine afternoon and indulged in sumptuous dishes at PASOLA at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place. She enjoyed a full-on gourmet experience as she tried delectable dishes such as Pelangi Ikan Gohu, Daging Sapi Sambal Ijo, and mango ice cream for dessert—which she particularly relished because she loves everything sweet.
Nicoline doesn’t eat beef regularly; however, the Daging Sapi Sambal Ijo is slow-cooked for 16 hours, and thus the soft, juicy beef melts in the mouth. Nicoline was also impressed by the presentation of the dishes that were served exclusively from the restaurant’s private-dining menu.
