The newest addition to Lewis & Carroll Tea in Senayan City now emphasises on the unique pairings between tea and desserts served in its signature wood- and white-marble-decorated room. There is a tea for everyone here, with around 80 variants of tea from all over the world from floral to herbal, fruity, earthy, and more. Besides knowledge about the teas, each tea sommelier will also help explain about desserts such as the Blue Violet with touches of lime on cardamom panna cotta, or the rice with its roasted rice ice cream, black rice cracker and rice cakes.
With an extensive and varied menu mostly inspired by Indonesian, Japanese, Thai and Western dishes, not to mention the long drinks menu from coffee to cocktails, CafeLulu is zeroing in on the best Kemang café title. To fill the stomach, the classic calamari here gets a twist with green curry, while the fried rice gets a Tokyo update with saikoro steak and lotus chips.
