With access to crystal-clear waters and a pristine beachfront location, Manarai is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The seaside escape strikes a balance between traditional Balinese craftsmanship and contemporary modern architecture with its wooden and terrazzo design elements. Set on the calm shores of Nusa Dua, the space presents a seamless landscape from the indoor restaurant through the eclectic open-air dining space with its two freshwater pools, and onto the white sandy beach.

Run by Michelin-trained Executive Chef Stefan Poyet, Manarai offers an exclusive selection of quintessential international comfort dishes and traditional Balinese specialties, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Chef Poyet’s 15-year culinary journey has included the highly acclaimed Michelin-star restaurants Senderens and L’Abeille at Shangri-La Hotel, Paris. Using a blend of his French savoir-faire and creativity, Chef Poyet has created a menu that successfully appeals to the taste buds of his clientele.
