So, to make it easier here are 12 Balinese sunset locations you can enjoy with a nice cocktail or two

 JU-MA-NA

Soft mood lighting and delicious food await you at this coastal delight. Although it can get a bit windy during the later hours of the day, the change in temperature could be perfect after a really hot tropical day. Just remember to dress with cooler weather in mind and you’ll get to enjoy amazing views while you dine.

As well as enjoying a beautiful sunset, you can also sample authentic cuisine at Kunyit. Offering locally inspired food that is created using locally sourced ingredients you are sure to sample some traditional Balinese culture while you relax under a beautiful sunset.

 Moonlite kitchen and Bar

After enjoying a stunning sunset, you are able to sit back and enjoy beautiful views of the crashing waves as you relax on one of the many balcony areas. You will truly feel like you are on the edge of the world while you enjoy a cocktail or two with someone special.

 El Kabron

Offering cliffside views and a secluded atmosphere this is a great place to spend the day. The dining focuses on Spanish cuisine and a large seating area is provided, so if you are a larger group looking for somewhere to enjoy the sunset then this could be the place for you.

 Woobar

After a quick trip on the hotel’s golf car you will find yourself at the doors of Woobar. If you are lucky enough to get there early or have had the chance to book, you should find yourself a cushioned seat on which to enjoy stunning sunsets with some great drinks and delicious food. In the later hours you can also enjoy DJ sets.

 Sakala Beach Club

On a clear night you’ll not only see a beautiful sunset, but you might be able to see the peak of Mount Agung. Enjoy drinks in one of the most prestigious areas of Bali and with white sandy beaches and the ocean on either side you can see why.

Book ahead to get a table right next to the cliff edge. If you are lucky enough to do so, you’ll really feel like you are on your own. A perfect place to take someone special Sangkar is well-known for its romantic atmosphere and is a popular place for couples to propose.

 Potato Head

This is one place in Bali that has everything. Indoor and outdoor dining, pool-side cocktails and picnic-themed seating. All will offer you a great view from which to enjoy the sunset, but if you have the chance to sit on the balcony with a refreshing rum cocktail you’ll witness something really special.

With Sunset's rooftop bar, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better view until you find a space on the beach itself. Have food and drinks brought to you as you try to keep the sand out of your next tropical cocktail. Also kid-friendly, this is a great place to enjoy the sunset with the whole family. 

 Rock Bar

Very few places can offer you the view and experience of the Rock Bar. After waiting awhile (it’s popular for good reason) you’ll be taken down by elevator to the side of the cliff face. Once there you can enjoy expertly made cocktails and crashing waves as you wait for the sun to set.

 Cocoon

If you are looking for a bit more of a party with your sunset, then look no further. Offering small tapas-based dishes, Cocoon is a great place to escape the craziness of the shopping streets. A quick massage from one of the experts on the staff will make you want to stay right through the day ending with one of the island popular DJs begins their set.

 Ku De Ta

Book one of the comfortable deck chairs and you will be set for the perfect beachside view of a sunset on the Indian Ocean. Afterward enjoy some tropical-themed cocktails or some beachside dining by candlelight as you watch the sky turn shades of warm orange and vibrant reds.
